  • 4 medium-sized zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

For the Tomato Sauce:

  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked for 1 hour
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
